Mushroom thokku is a South Indian side dish which is in the form of thick thokku consistency made with mushrooms. It goes well with Roti,Naan and even with plain Basmati rice or pulao . This is a semi dry subji which is very easy to make. We can make this same thokku with mixed vegetables or vegetables of our choice.
