

CABBAGE VADAI - WITH URAD DAL
Cabbage vadai is the most tasty and easy vadai recipe without onion and garlic. This vadai is similar to the ulundu vadai but instead of onion, we use cabbage. This vadai is most perfect dish for neivedhiyam. It can be served as snack or also with south indian breakfast/meals. APPALAM VATHA KUZHAMBU
Appalam Vatha Kuzhambu is a tamarind gravy made with urad dal papads which is served with rice . Generally Vatha kuzhambu is made of vegetables. But this recipe uses appalam instead. The procedure remains just the same as that of Vathal Kuzhambu. I learnt this recipe from my mil. She uses to make appalam vatha kuzhambu along with vegetables. But when i am running out of vegetables and vathal i tried this recipe and it taste so yummy..!! So thought of sharing this in blog. Let


SHAHI PANEER
Shahi Paneer is a tasty and delicious North Indian curry made with paneer (Indian cottage cheese) and onion tomato based gravy along with the flavor of almonds,cashew and melon seeds. Addition of curd and fresh cream gives a glossy texture the gravy. It is served with roti, naan, rice or other indian breads. Today i did not use melon seeds as i did not get it here. Palkova / Theratipal is a tasty and delicious dessert made in southern part of India. It is usually prepared for the festivals like diwali,gokulashtami etc.. It is also a common sweet variety in tamil marriage functions. This is very easy to prepare with very few ingredients but a bit time consuming as we do not need to stir the milk continuously. The traditional palkova is more tasty than the instant ones. Usually i prefer making instant ones. But my friend makes this often.

Baby Potato / Small Potato fry is the most simplest fry variety which can be served as side dish for rice varieties and for meals. This fry can be made very quickly.
