Mushroom Masala is a North Indian Gravy that goes well with Roti,Naan and even with plain Basmati rice . This is a rich and creamy type of mushroom gravy that is made with the similar method of makhani gravy preparation. I tasted this for first time in a restaurant and replicated in my way. Mushroom thokku is a South Indian side dish which is in the form of thick thokku consistency made with mushrooms. It goes well with Roti,Naan and even with plain Basmati rice or pulao . This is a semi dry subji which is very easy to make. We can make this same thokku with mixed vegetables or vegetables of our choice.
