HOW TO MAKE DOSA
Dosa is most popular breakfast in India. It can be served along with chutney or sambar or podi. There are many varieties like masala dosa,uthappam etc.. You can use the same batter for that variety dosa too. Also same batter can be used to make Kuzhi paniyaram. Hope this helps you to learn to make crispy dosa.
1. Use the remaining batter after making idlis to make dosa. The batter should be as shown in the image. Heat the tawa and once hot. Take the batter and pour it. Spread with back side of laddle and make dosa. Put oil at the sides and allow it to cook .
2. When the bottom turns golden turn it to other side. Cook that side again turn back and remove dosa.
My Notes :
1. Use the remaining batter after making idlis to make dosa.
2. You can use the same batter for that variety dosa like uthapam,masala dosa & also kuzhi paniyaram.The batter should not be too thick. It should be like in image 1. If its thick it will stick to tawa when you pour it and you cant make thin dosa.
