VEGETABLE SPAGHETTI
Spaghetti is a long, thin, cylindrical, solid pasta. It is a staple food of traditional Italian cuisine. Today i made this spaghetti along with stir fried vegetables , soya sauce , chili sauce along with the Italian herbs. This is similar to the taste of fried rice or indian noodles. It can be made in very less time.

Ingredients :
Spaghetti Pasta - 125 grams
Garlic - 2 cloves
Spring onion - 4 springs ( both white and green part)
Carrot - 1/4 cup finely chopped
Capsicum - 1/4 cup finely chopped
Cabbage - 1/4 cup finely chopped
Oil - 1 tbspn
Butter - 2 tbspn
Chili Sauce - 1 tbspn
Soya Sauce - 2 tbspn
Italian Herbs - 1 tbspn
Salt to taste
Vinegar / Lime Juice - 1 tbspn ( optional )
Preparations :
Boil 2 cups of water in a kadai along with oil and little salt. Once water the water starts boil add the spaghetti and cook until its done. Then strain the excess water and allow it to cool down. Once cool down just split the spaghetti in hands . Dont break it.
In a kadai heat the butter then add the garlic , spring onion white part stir well . Then add the carrot , cabbage and capsicum. Cook for 3 mints in high flame . Then add green part spring onions .
Once the vegetables are cooked add the sauces , salt , vinegar and mix well. Then add the cooked spaghetti , sprinkle the Italian herbs and give a quick mix.
Now the vegetable spaghetti is ready to serve.
My Notes :
I added the vegetables by finely chopped . You can also add the vegetables in Julian size. You can also increase the amount of vegetables as per your choice or taste.
Instead of butter you can add oil . And also instead of Italian herbs you can add the pepper power.
If you are cooking spaghetti for first time you can also follow the instructions for cooking from package.
Adding of vinegar is completely optional.
