MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE CAKE / MUG CAKE
Microwave chocolate cake is the easiest egg-less cake recipe that can be made in very less time and it can be even made by anybody. So thought of sharing this recipe as my first baking recipe in blog. This cake is for all chocolate lovers . This is the most quickest cake variety which is most suitable for dessert. It can be also called as mug cake.

All purpose flour / Maida - 6 tbspn
Powdered Sugar - 6 tbspn
Baking powder - 1 tspn
Baking soda - 1/4 tspn
Unsweetened coco powder - 2 tbspn
Milk - 4 tbspn
Oil - 2 tbspn
Vanilla Extract - 1 tspn
Vinegar - 1 tspn
Rainbow Topping - few (optional)
In a mixing bowl add all the dry ingredients (maida,sugar,coco powder,baking powder and baking soda) by sieving well and mix well together.
Add the wet ingredients(milk,oil,vanilla extract) and mix well.Then add the vinegar and give gentle mix.
Transfer the mixture to the microwavable bowl or mug . Bake it for a minute . Remove and check. If not done keep again for a min . I kept for a min and its done . Add the sprinkles and serve.
Hot mug cake is ready to serve.
My Notes :
You can add whipped cream,powdered sugar or chocolate sauce on top instead of sprinkles.
If you are doing larger amount change time of baking accordingly. Dont keep continuously. Check in-between.
Instead of coffee mug you can bake it with any microwave bowl.
After adding vinegar don't stir frequently or don't rest it . Immediately transfer to baking mug and bake it.
